US Airways, should not be allowed to fly humans. Perhaps cargo.. Worst check in staff and worst air hostesses. They boarder dangerous, they are so incompetent. I would never fly with them again. If you want to ruin your holiday, fly US Airways. Flight 733 on 09/04/09 and flight 1660 on 17/04/09 by far rates for the most unhelpful, rude, down right useless ground and air crew I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Be warned to be careful if you choose a US Airways flight...their customer service is non existant! I booked a non stop flight and was told it was cancelled but they put me on a later flight with a stop along with an email that I could contact thwem if the change didn't work. It arrived too late for my other plans so I called and was told I had to email customer service asking them to call me back. They said they had no telephone numbers to give to customers. I filled out the form on their website and received a note back that they would respond within 5 days. The email I finally got back only said to call the reservation line, which i had done. I called again and was told to write an email. It was a big scam. Eventually I wrote 5-6 email begging tham to call me nicelt saying we could work this out...( I just wanted another non stop flight which now was even cheaper than what I paid, I was told they could waive the change fee but no refund for the difference...I couldn't buy another ticket because I was keeping the return and they couldn't issue me two tickets on the same flight) Anyway, I never got a call, I finally cancelled the ticket totally. I got an email over 1 month later saying they saw I cancelled and hoped I would use them in the future. What a mess...all I needed was a person who could understand I just wanted a similar non stop at the new price...shouldn't have been so difficult. One day I was on the phone for over 4 hours with different departments. Be warned...they will NOT help you if you encounter a problem!
