They might consider mining some of the outlying coral atolls for limestone blocks to build 'retaining walls' to block saline influx while raising the land for agriculture in the near shore agriculture areas.

Certainly it will be a major cost but what is the alternative? Sea levels will keep rising for their entire lifetimes. They have nowhere else to go (and probably don't want to).
