Evan Potts will get off with the typical plea deal with no jail time because he was crazy at that moment and didn't know what he was doing.

The typical white entitlement legal position.

I think someone should set up a fund for this kid. This lunatic ruined his young life by his bad boy actions. He thought he could have intimidated the kid by his size. As for "gentle giant" its funny how people say good things about the dead even though its not true. I don't think a gentle giant or any good sane person would get out of their car like a raving lunatic threatening, intimidating and scaring anybody. LB is seeking attention and trying to make some easy money by setting his bail so high. Road rage is very scary and having a monster coming after you makes the situation even worse. Lets help this poor kid out.

After reading some of your posts i have to say some of your comments are horrible. the crazy thing is i sat next to this kid all semester in my political science class .......from what i got from him in class is a regular kid very into his school work and kind. also i must say very annoying because he was always rasing his hand answering every question. anyway i wish him all the best and his family i will pray for them all. justin
