Well he should be alright so long as he doesn't try to get to other drivers by pounding on their car hoods and kicking at their doors like the berserker "victim" in this case did.

Hopefully Evan gets off with a not guilty conviction. While he had a criminal record fr burglary some time back, he was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. he felt threatened by Ian Sharinn.Looked like he was going to be toast but instead ran over & killed him. Ian clearly was in the wrong. While it is sad for his family & friends who loved him, let this be a lesson to all the road ragers out there to keep a cool head because you never know what these jokers are carrying.
