Good thing that all White people have to worry about is becoming extinct when the sun wipes us out and we all burst into flames. Hey, wait a minute, where's that grant to help reduce the risk of that?

Actually, it's come to my attention that the sun will wipe White people out much sooner because we lack the proper amount of melatonin or something to that effect. Who knew? But at any rate, you're right about those foods or at least they should be consumed in moderation like anything else. Processed foods will wreak havoc on a person's system if care is not taken.
