that's the law obama said he didn't like. HE didn't think it was constitutional...so, he told the doj NOT to enforce it.
as for the rest of it, the above "georgia peach" not withstanding, it's all part of the package of "special" rights, designed solely for the 10% of the population that are not heterosexual...
thank a left wing loon...
First you people need to read the laws. There is NO LAW written that protects the Gay person over the hetro.

All hate crimes legislation is a two way street.

Example: If a Gay person should approach a garden variety hetro and harm him or her in any way that can be determined a hate crime because of their sexuality, they too are subject to punishment just as heteros are.

Here is where you are thinking this law is one sided. Rarely if ever do Gays go cruising around looking for heteros to molest, beat, rob, or malign like heteros do to Gays,... frequently.

Therefore we never hear of prosecutions and sentences for Gays in this instance, because they don't indulge in this behavior in the first place.

But don't be disparaged by those who exploit these stats. Gays are held just as accountable in hate crimes laws as heteros are.

Fish fry at RalphBs tonight? Any kind of pan fish will do.
Assuming you're not one of those catch and release types! I prefer catch em, clean em, cook em and eat em kinda men. I've often said I was born with a fishing pole in one hand, a book in the other and a deck of cards in my mouth.
When I was young I was a "catch em, clean em, cook em on the spot, and eat em" kind of guy. Now that I am older I catch em and release em. And as you indicate, I read books and newspapers and on-line news, and once a week I play poker. Don't let that profile fool you though, I'm still gay.

Sad that, since there's nothing in the world like fresh fried fish. Well that and the calming beauty of holding a great fishing pole on a summer morning.
