The story seemed to indicate that the young woman invited him back to her apartment. They woke up in bed together the next morning, and she can't remember if anything wrong happened. There is no smoking gun in this story; it sounds to me like a run of the mill story about two college kids who got drunk and had sex.
The stor[IES] in the links provided also indicate that he CLEARLY becomes unstable and violent when he consumes alcohol.

LOOK AT THE POLICE REPORTS.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if you're dealing with a guy with a history of unstable activity who broke a girls ankle in a bar confrontation, it's reasonable to assume that he could also give a girl a black eye.
He's already demonstrated condescension and disrespect towards classes of people and different elasticities, so why would he be expected to show anything but the same distain for a woman who wouldn't submit to his immediate gratifications?
Now, there might be enough reasonable doubt in a criminal trial for him to be found not guilty, but the preponderance of the evidence in a civil suit would probably result in him being liable.

The best thing for California is to deport the whole Harsh family, starting with Meg Whitman, who is really Ben Franklin in a wig.
ALL Law Enforcement in California supports Jerry Brown because he is tough on crime.
Those who love the narcicistic Whitman who spent more than 150 million on herself and still looks like she was dragged through a hedge backwards should sign their house over to her. By now she's bankrupted her family for a hope of glory.

Obama tells Hispanics, don’t set out election, you will only help OUR enemies………..and this fool calls himself the president. He won’t call terrorist OUR enemies, but will call Americans enemies to illegal Hispanics.

Meg is just as hard to vote for. Do we hand California to an aging washed up hippie or do we give it to Meg who will Enron us then gut us and feed us to her buddies at Goldman Sachs.

We could always just have Ahhhnold get a sex change and a wig and just say we elected Meg because they might as well be twins.

Illegals can't legally vote and Obama was addressing the legal hispanic community which are every bit as American as you. Here in California there is a large hispanic population of which many can trace their california roots to before statehood. They are as much a part of this State as any other people.

By the way more illegals are being deported than ever before and Obama is deporting far more criminal illegals than Bush ever did.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency removed nearly 393,000 people in the 12 months ended September 30, a slight increase over the same period a year earlier. More than 195,000 had been convicted of a crime, almost 44 percent more than the previous year, ICE said.

"These record-setting numbers are the result of strong, sensible enforcement programs and priorities, and the dedication of thousands of ICE agents and officers who work tirelessly every day to keep our communities safe," ICE Director John Morton said.

Brown is just another tax and spend, big government Democrat something Cali does not need right now.

Cali needs a fiscally uber-conservative that will
balance the books, get their economy moving again.

I would vote for a fiscal conservative if one were running that had the citizens of California rather than the uber-rich and corporate special interests as their main concern. Meg will Enron California.
