Oregon is not prepared, will not be prepared, will never be prepared for anything.
Hell, Oregonians still think that chopping down lumber and snatching salmon from the jaws of sea lions is the path to prosperity.

Still not prepared. Oregon appears to be always in the top ranks of:
- gas prices
- housing price DECLINES
- stupid people you would never want to hire which explains unemployment which explains housing price declines but not gas prices
