IT'S YOU MONEY SPEND IT WHEN YOU WANT TOO.

who is flipping the bill for this one? it sure is not TriMet alone, did I/We just have a rate increase in the cost of Fares to ride on TriMet vehicles in the Tri County area with elimination of certain routes?

if the City and TriMet are hurting for Money and Laying People off and making those routes closures, where are they going to get the funds for this new project, and with three Contractors picked with the proper bidding process, and a design build to boot, CAN ANYONE SAY KICK-BACK, This bridge will cost us the public 50% more before the job even gets A final bid and the contracts signed. these three Contractors already Know the Total amount of budget allowable for the Project, they will bid it to that Number then with delays cost over runs and Change orders even as it is a design build they will get paid for those change orders Kick Back's, trust me No different than any federal government Job going out there.
