Man again gets death sentence in 1996 killing
A second jury has recommended the death penalty for a former southwest Missouri man convicted of the 1996 killing of a Kansas college student.

I agree with the person who responded about the parole board. Anyone who is convicted of murder should never be parolled. If this man was not parolled in the first place he would not have killed this 20 year old girl. All the taxes we pay and there's no money for death sentences, we can thank our government and state legislature for that!!!!!!!!!!
