3 indicted in Sandusky case back in court Tuesday
Almost five months after three former high-ranking Pennsylvania State University officials were ordered to stand trial on charges of covering up evidence that coach Jerry Sandusky was molesting children, they are scheduled to return to a Harrisburg courtroom Tuesday for a hearing that could shape the outcome of the case.

It's about time and what's really sad is Paterno was slandered and wrongfully accused so long ago and these a**wipes got to continue there position and salary I think there is a lot more guilty than those 3.

This case is about PA state government, not PSU. Corbett has been covering up his neglect and enabling of Sandusky since 1995.
