Well he has his work cut out for him. The ER at St. Vincent has a 7% employee satisfaction rate amongst the nurses, with greater than 75% turnover this year. Why are they leaving? Constant antics by the docs, including married docs dating staff, impregnanting staff, basically sex drugs and rock and roll. It never stops.

The situation at Providence St. Vincents is disastrous. Drugs and alcohol in the ER, sex during shifts, it never ends, and the administration just sweeps it under the carpet.
