How do you think he raised that money? People who hate the Obama tax increase pledged millions in just hours to elect people who will repeal the damned thing. Thank God for Representative government.

Everone but President Obama knew his Obamacare was a huge tax on the middle class. Not that he cares about the middle class, but it is not smart to bring up huge tax increases in an election year. Especially when you have done nothing else to fall back on. He and his supporters live in fantasy land where they tell us stories, and we are supposed to believe them until after the election. We have access to the truth.

The Obamacare law is his ticket out of office. The middleclass like their own Medical care plans. They do not like Obamacare. Romney promised to ask that Obamacare be repealed on day one of his first term. That is a good reason to vote Obama out.

Not in Arizona, once you purchase a weapon, there is no limits on the resale of a weapon for Arizona residents. There is no limits on how many weapons a resident of Arizona can purchase at one time or in a day.

There are basically no laws in Arizona that restricts or limits the purchase or resale of weapons.

The Dealers did now sale to illegals or aliens from Mexico, they sold the guns first to an Arizona resident who was 18 years old or older, than that resident went out into the parking lot and sold or gave the weapons to whom ever had given them the money to go into the store and purchase those weapons.

In Arizona those transactions are legal, the Resident who purchased the Weapons for immediate turnover is breaking now law, it is not the responsibility for a resident of Arizona to run either a back ground check or ask any questions regarding a purchasers qualifications to purchase a gun from a licensed gun dealer.

<quoted text>hahahaha Obama WON.....hahhah. Let's look at the facts and the decision. One, the court ruled the law a tax, making Obama a bigger liar than ever. Two, the law originated in the Senate and the senate can not instigate a tax, only the house can start a law dealing with revenue, two, the IRS is the regulatory agency, and they do not have that authority to decide what is law and who has to obey it, only congress does. Sixty eight percent of the people wanted Obama Tax (as it is now known) repealed. This will cook Obama's goose.
If the law was a tax by the designation of the Court as you claim, the Court by the Anti Injunction Act would not have been within the Law to even hear the Suit's Oral Argument no less render a decision last week.

The Court said the "Mandate Penalty" is Constitutional because it takes on some of the "Characterization" of a Tax. Congress has Taxing Authority as well as the authority to levy Fines and Penalties.

You're repeating what you heard the Paid Shrills say in opposition. Fox continues to mischaracterize the ruling and refuses to reference the Anti Injunction Act that forbids any suits against the Federal Government over Taxes to move forward until after the tax has been confiscated revenues.

Surely, of all the Republican Congressmen and Women at the very least the lawyers within their delegation understands existing law.

All of them are making complete fools of their supporters feeding them bullshit. ROFLMAO...."It's a Tax"

You know less about how American Government operates and procedures than you know about Guns in Arizona...... ROFLMAO

It's obvious you wait to hear your opinions wrapped and delivered to you on Fox Snooze before coming on here to unpack them.... ROFLMAO

Now the States that suited are threatening not to implement the program in their States....... I remember George Wallace refused to integrate the University, and Arkansas refused to integrate the Public Schools........ If the State refused to implement Federal Law, the Federal Government just goes in and implements the law for the Citizens of the United States.....

We have not seen Federal force in it's full contact in a while, sometimes people need reminders..... ROFLMAO

Obama may have to whip the South into Shape, over this Supreme Court Rulings.

A state law can not be in conflict with federal law, if the federal law is constitutional.

Yes it is a Tax and as a tax the law that created the tax (revenue) has to originate in the senate. Obama care was originated in the senate as a mandate, which was found unconstitutional. The law is a tax and as such is illegal due to its origination, and also as a tax it can be overturnned with a majority of 51 votes and is not eligible for fillibuster. By using unorthodox methodes to finagle ObamaCare, it will be easier to over turn.

as a tax, the law had to have originated in the House.

There is no federal law on citizens resale of weapons unless the citizen holds an active federal gun permit.

You know nothing about Arizona, Guns or how your Government operates. Federal supersedes State Laws.
