General Electric Paid No Federal Taxes in 2010
White House Takes Heat for GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt's Advisory Role

The top tax bracket for

The top tax bracket for U.S. corporations stands at 35 percent, one of the highest rates in the world. So how is it possible that a giant of American business, General Electric, paid nothing in federal taxes last year, even as it made billions in profit?

And should the CEO of GE, Jeffrey Immelt, be advising the president on business?

For two years, President Obama has been talking about the need for corporate tax reform, declaring that the system is too complicated and that companies pay too

Vulgar comments aside, this would be interesting to follow to determine what the causal relationships are. Most church goers are older and metabolism slows down with age; many younger folks use Sunday as a day of recreation so they may keep more fit. Maybe it is time for communion hosts to become low fat? Many church people have families and having children does make many women get fat - how much of this is correlated with age vs pregnancy and childbirth. Many church people have several kids so this may make them fatter.

The President might have been on a church's membership list, but there's nothing about him that makes me think he's in the habit of attending...

No doubt he spent this Lord's Day mourning his NCAA bracket...

This report is only media theatrics. The statistical diagnostics are not given that would allow determining if this is collinarity. No coefficient error or magnitude is reported. The media's reports on science just shows how ignorant they are. Of course most Americans, don't even ask if this was an observational study or an experimental design.
The reason things like this are reported is to manipulate the emotions of the masses.

SUCK IT UP SWEETY!..you can POO POO this all you want but the truth and facts will prevail!!

Michelle and Barack's wedding ceremony was performed on 10/ 3/92 by Rev. Wright Jr. at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago

Obama stated that he was aware of Pastor Wright's controversial comments, and had personally heard "remarks that could be considered controversial" in Wright's church, but denied having heard the particular inflammatory statements that were widely televised during the campaign. Obama was specifically asked by Bill O'Reilly if Reverend Wright had said white people were bad, to which Obama replied "no." [29][30][31] In his book Dreams from my Father, Obama had quoted Reverend Wright as saying in a sermon "It's this world, where cruise ships throw away more food in a day than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year, where White folks' greed runs a world in need." [32] Obama said the remarks had come to his attention at the beginning of his presidential campaign but contended that because Wright was on the verge of retirement, and because of Obama's strong links to Trinity, he had not thought it appropriate to leave the church.[33] He began distancing himself from Wright when he called his pastor the night before the February 2007 announcement of Obama's presidential candidacy to withdraw his request that Wright deliver an invocation at the event. A spokesperson later said, "Senator Obama is proud of his pastor and his church, but... decided to avoid having statements and beliefs being used out of context and forcing the entire church to defend itself."[34] Wright attended the announcement, prayed with Obama beforehand, and in December 2007 Obama named him to the African American Religious Leadership Committee of his campaign.[35][36] The Obama campaign released Wright after the controversy.

Obama did not disown Wright, whom he has labeled as "an old uncle", as akin to disowning the black community or disowning his white grandmother, Madelyn Dunham.[42] The speech was generally well received.[43] Obama said that some of the comments by his pastor reminded him of what he called America's "tragic history when it comes to race."[44][

Good rebuttal, wrong issue.

Of course the Obamas were members of Trinity & married there. Of course that was his church.

I'm just saying he darkened the door of the place maybe on Easter, maybe a couple other weekends a year, not every week.
