the participants in the demonstration were not part of the class. Attentdance was optional.

Still, I do wonder what they had hoped to gain out of the live demonostration ... in my opinion this sounds like something anyone could "try out on thier own at home".

Honestly, I can see how it would be a good class to offer. It's not like it's every day. It could just be a non-mandatory thing he offers once a year.

Not everyone wants to try it out at home. They may not want to have sex yet, or be too shy or embarrassed (like me) but still want to know how it works. Reading is nice, but it still rides on your imagination and porn is not a good example of normal people sex.

Now that's just silly. We're born as sexual creatures with the basics. The rest we learn with experience. Sexual acts do not need to be performed in front of us, especially with college students; they are not kids.
