If you’re going to go against this President and country then all bets are off… kill-em, kill them all I say.
That goes for Loughner and the rest of these right-wingers who spew or act on unpatriotic rhetoric…“I hope he fails” or talking about a rebellion or screaming about “taking the country back” is treasonous and should be dealt with accordingly.

If you are going to side with (the deceased) Osama bin Laden or (the deceased) Muammar Qaddafi against this country then you should join them and become DECEASED!

5th Amendment to the United States Constitution.... Ya know that thing that all members of the military swear to defend.....

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation

You're an anarchist.

It would take the most belligerent Reich-wing-nut to go against the President on this one, but we have those types here on this site. And I'm sure they will either do just that, or just not post on any stories where they agree with Pres. Obama's actions.

Bottom line is you agree with the poster you're calling an anarchist. You and I both know you have no issues with the U.S. treating any American who joins up with an terrorist organization that has declared war against the U.S. as an enemy and traitor.

They get no tears from me when the last thing they see is a drone in the sky.

And as mentioned, I know you don't shed a tear either. So for once, you could say you stand with your Country and your President on this one.

Try it. You may like supporting the U.S. against those that attacked us on 9/11

You're right..........and you're wrong.

There is a prescribed, constitutional manner for dealing with traitors, and then there is the Obama way.

Given a declaration by Congress, I'd have happily put a bullet in his brain pan. There wasn't one, however.

Yes, I stand with my country.

the idiots will argue that ALL enemy combatants are entitled to a "trial before their peers" before we can shoot back at them.

yeah. like that would work.

idiots.

the LAW as it currently states regarding usa citizens who are found to be in cahoots with the enemy...
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1481

essentially, you lose all miranda rights, and you AUTOMATICALLY lose usa citizenship if found to be with the enemy.

no need for due process - "writ of habeaus corpus". or as they call it.. a trial before your peers.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Due_Process_Clau...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habeas_corpus

more reading material on the subject...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_Three_of...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason

for some reason the ACLU has a problem with this..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Civil_L...

bottomline, if they are enemy combatants, seen with enemy combatants, SHOOTING AT YOU, there is no logical way to deal with this issue if you believe they are entitled to a "trial before their peers".

When Americans wake up that ALL Muslims have one agenda to convert the entire world to Islam the better.

The problem is the fact you and that phoney Marine spread a whole different story when Bush was President. Don't lie and say you didn't.

Once again, dipwad. Loughner was a registered democrat, not near a right winger. A sorry low life such as yourself uses the death of those people to garner votes for nobama.

Didn't the left scream about taking the country back while Bush was President? Isn't that treasonous??? Didn't the left scream when Bush sent the B-52's into the Afghan mountains when bin laden was running? Why is it that low lifes such as yourself takes the word of one far right commentator and puts it on all conseratives. Isn't that being a bigot???? And now your saying kill all the people who disagree with you. Such a brave former Marine?! Man, you are a sewer dweller!

You said last week that at the "gym where you work out" (LMAO) a guy was bad mouthing nobama and you made him back down. Therefore, a person who claims to be a Marine, who all swear to uphold and defend the constituion, violated another Americans right to free speech.

Fkn brilliant, you idiot.

If you make war against the United States you must be willing to die for your cause. Making war is not, in itself a crime, but it does mean the other side will try to kill you. That is the human tradition.

The hypocicy of the left is really blooming. Didn't the left scream when we went into Afghanistan?

What did Clinton's left do when we were attacked many times during his watch which led to 9/11. You know, the Cole, Air Force Barracks, US Embassies etc. Allowed 9/11 terroists to train at flight schools without doing a fkn thing.

Yet, no credit to Bush for establishing the policies that interrogations led to the whereabouts of bin laden. "Oh, nobama did it all!" Bullshit.

What you don't seem to understand and the phoney Marine ignores to spread propaganda is the fact that all conservatives agree to kill the bastards who leave the US and join al queda. However, your screams of the opposite from 2000-2008 affirms the left's hypocricy is second to none! So Bush's actions against terroism were correct, since nobama is using them? I doubt if we'll get an honest answer out of either of you.

Al-Awlaki may be a repulsive character, but as an American citizen he deserves a trial, not simple assassination. Obama and hisAG are full of crap on this one, as much as Bush, Cheney, and their gang of thugs were when they were doing the same thing.

It's hypocritical to blame Bush for violating Americans' rights, but let Obama off the hook. Terrorists are criminals, not combatants, and should be arrested and tried for their crimes. They are not a nation, they are not an "army," they are CRIMINALS. And extrajudicial killings of citizens is an UNCONSTITIONAL CRIME.
