Perhaps this is why VT is the safest place to live in the USA.

I was wondering how many crime ridden ghettos are all white folks in the USA?

Leave VT alone, they bother know one up there.

Lets just do studies on the whole USA and I will bet across this great land they will have the same results.
Perhaps it means whites don't like to get tickets they are costly. They have learned through their mistakes and history how to become better people.
