You know, I must admit I've been going to Chick-fil-A a few times in the past couple of days because it's right by the hospital where a family member is at.

It occurred to me today if Chick-fil-A is so anti-gay then why do they hire all these gay boys. I've been into a few different ones and they're always at least one or two totally gay boys working there. I'm sure it's the "homophobic at the top tier but they don't care at local establishments" I guess.

tomato, potato.

I'll be the first one to admit I would hardly score the highest if we all took the English part of the SAT but I can assure you I would easily ace the math section...

btw, isn't it irony???

He dropped the words "gay chicken" and he's a cowardly closet case.

Maybe I'm wrong but I could've sworn that's irony since he doesn't have a clue he's exactly what he stated.

If you call their garbage "food", you are completely wrong. Chick fil YUCK is indeed extremely anti-gay, they donate to nutball groups like "focus on the 'family'" and the "frc". Both of these groups are extremely anti-gay, and you KNOW it.

The radical homosexual community should NEVER eat at a Chil-fil-A again. I would encourage ALL homosexuals to never set foot in one of their stores again. We have enough viruses floating around these days anyway. Let the straight people support them. I'll bet that somehow they will survive and thrive.

Wow, you got ole R1 all riled up. He had to post as his "mean" troll protector, because he can't keep a registered account, and posting under so many different names makes him feel like he has friends! LOL

I don't know it, but if you and all the other gays want to stay out of Chik-Fil-A, that is fine with me. And I'm sure it is fine with most people that I know.

Hey snickers, here's a little story about your favorite fast "food" joint:

"Homophobia allegations

In January 2011, various news outlets[32][33] reported that Chick-fil-A was co-sponsoring a marriage conference[32] along with the Pennsylvania Family Institute,[34] a 501(c)3 organization that seeks to "strengthen families by restoring to public life the traditional, foundational principles and values essential for the well-being of society".[35] PFI had filed an amicus brief against the trial ruling striking down Proposition 8 in California,[36][dead link] and had also lobbied against a state effort to ban discrimination in Pennsylvania on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.[37] At the time, the WinShape Foundation was also quoted as stating it would not allow same-sex couples to participate in its marriage retreats.[38][39] In response to the reported connections between PFI and WinShape, students at several colleges and universities formed grassroots efforts to ban or remove the company from their campuses.[40]

Responding to the situation via their official company Facebook page, Chick-fil-A said:

First and foremost, thanks for your patience as we made sure we gathered the facts in regards to recent postings. We have determined that one of our independent Restaurant Operators in Pennsylvania was asked to provide sandwiches to two Art of Marriage video seminars. As our fans, you know we do our best to serve our local communities, and one of the ways we do that is by providing food to schools, colleges, civic groups, businesses, places of worship, not-for-profit groups, etc. At his discretion, the local Operator agreed to simply provide a limited amount of food. Our Chick-fil-A Operators and their employees try very hard every day to go the extra mile in serving ALL of our customers with honor, dignity and respect.[41]

According to Equality Matters, the charitable WinShape (largely funded by Chick-fil-A) gave more than $2 million to anti-gay groups between 2003 and 2009, the majority in 2009.[42][43][44] This has caused consternation for advocates that have denounced the chain over its support of groups opposed to gay and lesbian rights, and led to Northeastern University's Student Senate voted on February 28, 2012 to cancel plans for an on-campus Chick-fil-A restaurant[45]."

Understand now? Clear as mud, as a college prof of mine used to say? Good.

Sorry, forgot to cite my source: Wikipedia, but the FACT that chick fil YUCK is extremely anti-gay is very well-known. That's one reason my wife and I refuse to patronize it, not to mention the terrible "food" and VERY poor "service" that they have there.

I understand that Chik-Fil-A is an admirable company. I understand that one franchise owner provided some sandwiches for a marriage conference that said same-sex couples were not included IN A STATE THAT DOESN'T HAVE "GAY MARRIAGE." There is not a word in that about hating gays, not one single word. Each franchise is privately owned. Why would anyone have the right to tell a private business owner who he can or cannot provide with food. This is just another gay snit fit because somebody isn't kissing their butts and telling them how wonderful they are. And I'm quite sure it has been very successful in increasing Chik-Fil-A's business all over the country.

Every one that I have been to has had wonderful friendly service and well-prepared food. But believe me, no one is falling all over themselves begging you and your "wife" to be at a Chik-Fil-A. Nobody gives a rats patooty whether you two are there ore not. And Chik-Fil-A is doing just fine without your business.

You just don't understand
.
We're not trying to put Chick-fil-a out of business
.
We're just pointing out their Two Million Dollar donation to 4 terrorist hate groups on the Southern Poverty Law Center hate-watch list
.
Chick-fil-a's action; whether intentional or unintentional; is the functional equivalent of donating Two Million Dollars to support the KKK. Here are the four groups:
.
1. Abiding Truth Ministries (Exodus International Ugandan terrorism activities)
.
2. American Family Association
.
11. Family Research Council
.
17. National Organization for Marriage
.
Take a look for yourself:
.

SPLC's 2011 Anti-gay terrorist-group hate-watch List:
__________
.
1. Abiding Truth Ministries (Scott Lively)
.
2. American Family Association (Tim Wildmon; Bryan Fischer)
.
3. Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (Peter LaBarbera)
.
4. American Vision (Gary DeMar)
.
5. Chalcedon Foundation (R. J. Rushdoony)
.
6. Christian Anti-Defamation Commission (Gary Cass)
.
7. Concerned Women for America (Beverly LaHaye)
.
8. Coral Ridge Ministries (Robert Knight)
.
9. Dove World Outreach Center (Terry Jones)
.
10. Faithful Word Baptist Church (Steven Anderson)
.
11. Family Research Council (Tony Perkins)
.
12. Family research Institute (Paul Cameron)
.
13. Heterosexuals Organized for a Moral Environment (Wayne Lela)
.
14. Illinois Family Institute (Laurie Higgins)
.
15. Liberty Council (Matt Barber; Peter LaBarbera)
.
16. Mass Resistance (Brian Camenker)
.
17. National Organization for Marriage (Maggie Gallagher; Robert George; Brian Brown)
.
18. Traditional Values Coalition (Lou Sheldon; Andrea Lafferty)
.

.
So your question should be: Is Chick-fil-a aware they are supporting hate groups?
.
Or
.
Are they unaware they are supporting hate groups?
.
If the answer is the latter
.
Then their customers are bringing it to their attention
.
So far they have been notified directly but they make excuses
.
So now schools and colleges shoo them away but they still make excuses
.
So that's where it stands for the moment
