Judge: NY man in offensive costume must apologize

A judge has ordered a 19-year-old man to write an apology to a the city of Saratoga Springs in New York for dressing in an offensive costume at a high school graduation.

What did you expect from a Saratoga Performing Arts Center student anyway?

We show men kissing men and women kissing women on national television and our children are supposed to accept that as "ok", but they're not supposed to know what a penis looks like?

Yes, this was (in my opinion) a tastless decision, but illegal? No, not illegal, just not popular with certain folks.

The Judge should be ashamed of himself as well here and/or file and injunction against all of the Art Museums for having nude sculptures and paintings on display for the public.

I just can't believe how our tax dollars are being wasted.

Yeah I guess that works, assuming they have a warning on the commencement pamphlet saying "If you don't like seeing someone is a penis costume, don't look in the direction of row 23, seat 14 and don't look when the name Calvin Morett is called."

I'm not offended by the costume, but that's pretty poor logic to avoid seeing it.
