Ron Paul's stand on gay marriage is extremely liberal. In that regard, he is aligned with Barney Frank and Chuck Schumer.

Ron Paul is quite the homophobe personally. And his positions on things like women's choice, marriage equality, hate crimes, anti discrimination laws regarding places of public accommodations would do little to protect glbt from bigots such as...Ron Paul.

Here's the bottom line:

Homosexual 'marriage' is a cruel lie with no real basis in how homosexuals live.

Do the math. No significant percent of the homosexual population has 'married' in ANY country that allows it.

Homosexual 'marriage' has been overwhelmingly rejected as an actual practice by homosexuals themselves.

There is no logical or just reason to disenfranchise voters on this issue.

No homosexual relationship shares the reasons for government involvement in real marriage.

-No child is ever born as a direct result.

-No such relationship can provide a child with a father and mother and having both is the best statistical predictor of a child's future success in life.

-Homosexual 'marriage' is not a significant part of homosexual society much less of society as a whole.

-No economically unequal genders are involved and no standardized pattern exists.

Hey mentally ill closet case:

People can marry who are infertile, elderly or not interested in spawning. Marriage need have nothing to do with kids, although lots of gay people have them.

You "religious" freeeks don't take kids away from or dissolve parenting rights when a parent is missing, dead or divorced. Having two caretakers might be beneficial except for the very rich, but there's no evidence that parents must be of the opposite sex to get as good (or better) outcomes for any kids.

If the numbers of same sex marriage are so small it shouldn't keep you posting for 20 hours a day. The numbers will increase as bigots like you die off, and as more countries give more equal benefits to same sex marriages.

Unequal financial status is not a requirement for str8 marriages.

You're sick and straining reason with all your BS.

Liberal? He's opposed to same sex marriage as are his fellow debaters. All out of touch with 2012 society. So, they're handing Obama his second term on a silver platter.

Spamming is against Topix TOS, David.

And yet you persist.

Isn't that a bit dishonest? Not to mention the whole sock-puppet name thing.

There is no logic or reason to David's spamming. He won't respond to you, either.

That would require him to think.

That's why I call the mentally ill, foul, un Christian haters names while lodging actual arguments against their sexually disordered BS.

It's fun to remind him of his ex wife catching him in bed with another man, of all things. Who would have expected a virulent, over compensating, sick homophobe to be caught up in homosexual sex escapade?(Everyone....)
