NPS study draws links to social ills, gangs in Salinas
Salinas police officials have in their hands a research paper written by two former Naval Postgraduate School students that may provide more insight into the gang violence in Salinas.

The paper mentioned something abount too many mexicans in salinas. Ya think?

It is their cultural view of raising children that is at fault. Mexicans are very family oriented & good Catholics, however they have lots of children and then chose to ignore them. The kids look for other places to find structure & appreciation that they should be getting at home. ergo...gangs! they not only get structure & appreciation but in addition they get Power!! Wow, most addictive drug in the world, Power!

That's nice...How about reporting on what was in that paper? I'm curious to see how politically correct it will be, as if it is not then the liberal/Democrat/leftist will do nothing but label these two NPS students as nothing but racist and will cry and snivel to put an end to their careers which will be another victory for them...
