Your Town: CHP offers class for teen drivers

The California Highway Patrol will offer a free "Start Smart" class for first-time teenage drivers and their parents and guardians at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the CHP area office, 960 E. Blanco Road.

Hope the CHP has an interpeter who can speak Mexican and Oaxacan (Triqui).

There might not be any parents and teenagers left in Salinas who can speak english.

Well, at least the CHP will know the gang bangers who they'll be chasing on the roads!
