A complete violation of Brown v. Bd. of Education.

If blacks can have their own schools, then whites should have the same right.

White people are welcome to attend historically black colleges and a few do. Black colleges don't discriminate. I have a white friend who went to a historically black college. He got an athletic scholarship; he said it was the best four years of his life.
