Good for you! It's about time institutions start demanding responsibility and accountability.

Morehouse students will only be able to cross dress on their own time. They can still drop their pants in the privacy of their dorm rooms.

What is done in privacy is their business.

I believe that cross-dressing is a stage that many males encounter in their lives and desire throughout their lives. It may require some counseling as one may be transgendered and this will be another whole arena whereby one desires to later their sex. Wherever the student lines in that life-lie, he should discuss this seriously with himself introspectively and then seek counseling. Whatever the case--Be Yourself!!! Also, the comment about "dropping pants" is inappropriate. Cross-dressing and the state of being transgendered has absolutely NOTHING to do with the act of sex and all to do with transmogrification.

I too believe that this is phase that individuals may be going through however; I too agree that the schools should not condone this behavior - if an individual is experiencing these desires - I suggest conseling. I too agree that "dropping pants" has absolutely nothing to do with dressing transgendered...let's not confuse the two. So many people are experimenting with intimate relationships with the same sex. Society has become so promiscuous - that any and everything is "OK". Get real - this only makes impressionable youngsters more and more confused i.e. sexual gender etc. If you are an adult you know well what you are doing and the choice you make is just that...your choice, but don't make it seem like it is "OK" because it is not!

I heartily support the dress code. As much as I try, I just cannot help but believe that the dignity and heritage of "The House" is adversely affected by these VOLUNTARY affectations. The profile of the African-American man is on a definite upswing. Has anyone noticed the significant increase in intact, successful, Black families in the media? If not, check out the slew of commercials with both parents in a nurturing stance swith their children. Let's not confuse the issue

I hate this society, i don't think they should be able to graduate from a male institution when they openly promote this gay lifestyle
