EPA Region 7 is announcing nine new collegiate members of EPA's Food Recovery Challenge , a national initiative aimed at encouraging businesses, organizations and institutions to actively participate in food waste prevention, surplus food donation and food waste recycling activities.

I'm glad our tax dollars are being so well spent.

Here's an idea... Cut the EPA's budget and give the farmers that save on taxes the ability to invest more in producing the food we are not even running out of.
