The correct answer is No, but the question is incorrect, and the answer is a detailed set of questions about the causes and effects, and the orderliness, in the process of global earthquake production.
I have a few animated GIF image sets that can be downloaded free at a linked blog I contribute to, and the content may be considered challenging to well trained pros. The public may find the order and patterned global Earth actions to be of educational or informative nature.
Any criticism or additions are welcome, and the images are available for public benefit. Linked;
