$40M Donated to Improve Teaching in MN, Dakotas
The St. Paul-based Bush Foundation says it intends to donate $40 million over the next 10 years to improve the quality of teacher education in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

It shouldn't take $40 Million to fire all of the teachers and disband their unions. Enough money has been spent "for the children" in our schools and it hasn't made a damb bit of difference because it all goes to teacher salaries and pensions.
