This utterly worthless piece of garbage calling himself a "police officer" belongs in prison, not free to roam around and terrorize law-abiding citizens with his illegal activities. This is one of the most egregious abuses of power I've seen in a while, and I truly hope that charges are filed and this offensive piece of human filth removed from duty and punished for his crimes IMMEDIATELY to hopefully deter other equally despicable "officers" from abusing THEIR badges.

There's more going on there than meets the eye.
1)The K9 was instigated to give a false alert, justifying an illegal search (violation of 4th Amendment). The K9 handler knew it too.
2) Deputy Ross admitted the student was "perfectly innocent" & was advised by fellow officer that "it wasn't a very good alert", and yet continued to rifle through the motorist's personal effects.(violation of 4th Amendendment again). That officer knew it was all out of bounds too.
This is highly suspicious of conspiracy. So, here's their new additional problem:

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 241 If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;...
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and....
