Seven hundred? Only 700 people out of the entire metro area want to see Obama? That is very encouraging. With that kind of turnout I wonder why he would even show up.
And the article states that there are 4,000 tickets available...LOL

I wonder whose going to fill up the rest of the seats. Free tickets. 4,000 available. Only approximately 700 people stand in line.

Interesting.

What nobody is paying attention to here is that there were only 4000 spots available that were gone in under an hour yesterday. The 700 that were in line were just waiting for a chance to maybe see the leader of the free world speak. Why is it that nobody ever is interested in the entire story, just the part that is convenient to their argument?

Maybe because the article you linked in your post is not the same article linked to this thread.

The thread topic article: A line of about 700 people wound around buildings on the Auraria campus in Denver early this morning, all hoping to nab a ticket to see President Barack Obama speak on Wednesday.

Beginning at 9 a.m., about 4,000 free tickets are being passed out to students, faculty and staff of the schools that meet on the Auraria campus, including the University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus. A pair of tickets will be issued to anyone who presents a valid college-issued ID.

Its because he has already lost the vote of most anyone over 21.Now he is reduced to trying to con desperate college students that have no future due to his leadership.Im sure it was a lot of " If you just vote for me again ,I can rule the world" and make sure you all get good paying jobs at our many fine restaurants.

SEIU, UAW and the AFLCIO will grab those tickets and make it a union mandatory event.

While your poignant statement really is making me re-think my beliefs and want to move to the woods and start working towards the abolition of organized government, I must say that I would love to see you do a better job with the steaming festering pile of sh** that was left behind as Bush exited office.
