A poll run by ACS or smokefree..........no doubt it will be 70% or better in favor of what they want.........its funny their polling always comes out at or near 70%....
The same slanted polls they used to try and convince state legislatures too pass smoking bans. The reality smoke free and acs get paid by robert wood johnson foundation and big pharma to get these bans passed so they can sell billions worth of cessation drugs....business as usual.......whats your freedom and rights worth today?

When i came to Germany my DUNHILL PRICE was 3 DM= 1,50 Euro)
Now i pay 5 Euro and i shell out 10 euro per day.

Even if the taxes go high I will still pay 30 Euro's for my relaxation from this banal politics..

Polls are kind of like teets on a boar hog.
If they do raise them I think they also need to raise the tax on Alcohol and Food.
Both when used in excess are repulsive and deadly.
Not only to themselves, but those around them.

Only a buck??? Smokers can afford more than that.

They all are saving big bucks from not spending money in the local businesses that comply with the smoking bans.
Besides...most live here on the forum.

May I clarify my fanatical attachment to my cigarets?
I had seen in my life that some religious pastors smoke.
I had seen in my life some doctors, pilots,,professors of laws smoke cigarets.
I had spent a lot of cigarets who had lost their jobs and beg for a fag( In Germany)

I had never smoked in trains and trams and other places like bank for example.
What irritates me is this.
The tax payer's money is being spent to the tobacco cultivators.
And it is not forbiddent to make use of this tobacco to make cigars and cigarets.
Not even forbiddent to sell the end product.
It is allowed to buy but not allowed to smoke.

NJ raised the taxes over $1.00 in a year and the extra millions that they expected to come in NEVER happened. What they did was just force the smokers to find other places to buy their cigarettes, like on the internet or go to near by states with cheaper prices. NJ came up 40 million dollars short. Funds were to go into our school systems, Guess what NO money going to school systems. KIDS LOSE..

Kids gain...less smoke from your cig. A lot of smokers are getting smarter and quitting.

The slow ones are left behind to be dumb and drive 60 plus miles going to another state thinking they are saving money. Which may fall under illegal interstate trading.

And internet...that is where they sell all the stale smokes to someone dumb enough to have smokes sent through the mail. man, you aren't batting too good are ya? Whatcha batting?.000%

If more people quit productivity within the state would increase and health care will lessen...thus youou safed the children. Thank you youou...
