watched this all the way through....prosecution should have consulted more medical specialists instead of relying on one Dr....could have saved everyone some money

The evidence PROVED that Miles Ferguson was innocent. The baby had an injury at birth to
the brain and developed encephalitis in the
meninges. In Ohio this would have been sudden
infant syndrome. In SC you have an ambitious
prosecutor who would like to make a name and
career for herself. Does anyone there think
she's incompetent and self serving. The
hospital there doesn't have a very good
reputation either according to members of my
family who live there. The Ferguson's have
a law suit if they want to pursue it. The
care by the first responders was questionable
and so was the care the child received at
the first hospital.

Miles and Ashley need to grieve the loss of their daughter and get on with their lives. They would
definitely have a law suit but I doubt that that
will happen. Hopefully this is all history now!
He received a trial by a jury of his peers and the
evidence was sufficient to prove him "NOT GUILTY".
By the way the prosecutor isn't too classy by the
remarks, sounds like she had an agenda other than
just doing her job!!

You call this justice? If so, justice is not only blind but stupid. I would like to see a thorough investigation into WHY this case took so long to come to a transparently obvious conclusion!

As both a parent and a grandparent, I would've been sick to death trying to make sense of any of this.....to put a family through this ordeal, based upon one MD's opinion.....

It was 2 several hospital Drs.As well as the state Cornoner.Dr Caplan did the autopsey agreed with the state only shaking the baby would have caused her death. And Ronald Teud aOphthalmologist agreed that the babys dealth could have only been caused by shaking her.

They had the goods on Miles. But his attorney hired exports that only testify in favor of who is paying them. And the jury felt sorry for his mother father and his 17month old dayghter.I hear miles daddy paid $575000.00 for Miles defence.
