Far too late. But if we were to give all college professors a $300K annual raise, all will be well.

All Educational Institutions have lots of jobs in Admin that could easily be eliminated if the remaining workers preformed to private sector standards. No reason to take any reduction in valuable, necessary jobs. Doing that is just political b.s.

You want a "brain drain"?How about when the young people today now in high school or college that up and leave this country -taking their college degrees and technical training with them-when they realize that their mothers and fathers allowed this nation to get in so much debt that it will be necessary for the kids to give the government 2/3-3/4 of each paycheck they make to pay it off and satisfy our creditors?
There will be plenty of nations around the world interested in getting this "brain drain".Those governments will be more than willing to take these immigrants from the USA yearning to be free of debt and high taxes.

Exactly. The tenured teaching staff and the coaching staff have figured out how to make everyone feel guilty that the poor students don't have enough. Then, the majority of money goes to salaries for tenured professors and coaches. They hate to take it, but gosh darn it, it's only fair.

You are very lucky. Several States didn't have the common sense to stop the Devils Partnership between the Publ Empl Unions and their bought and paid for "Democrats" politicians from reducing every one else to pension tax slave status.
