All you who want to blame Scott Walker---Get your head out of the sand.....It's Obomanomics, you low-information-voters. So who's fault is it in Illinois? They are one of the most in debt states out of all and let's not forget about CA. Can't you see???? It's Democrats running those states. All the blue states are so far in the red and the liberals in those states are too stupid to figure it out.
