What can you expect from an old line Democrat judge? After all, Bill Clinton appointed him!
U.S. District Judge Norman K. Moon cited the Commerce Clause of the constitution as being the justification for the Democrat Congress to force individual citizens to buy health insurance (or anything else?) This is absurd and an unconscionable stretch of the Constitution to fit a political agenda! Judge Moon should be removed from the bench for his activism activities in relation to his rulings. He has, vastly, overstepped his authority and represents a clear and present danger to the our system of justice under law.
That Moon will be overruled by the appellate court is a foregone conclusion. His removal for using the bench as a means of political activism should be a number one consideration of the 112th Congress that has the power to impeach/remove him.
