Another drawback is that I can no longer program my VCR or DVD recorder to record a TV broadcast unless I have my converter box set to the desired station. So if I'm out of the house, I can't program my VCR or DVD recorder to tape two different stations. I can only tape the station that I've selected on my converter box. No one told me this when I bought my new $300 DVD recorder just two months before the Feb 17 conversion!!!
