I wonder what the graduation rate is at the high school? Now if only they could raise the amount of tech jobs for these kids to look forward to by staying in their home town or at least a little more motivation. All the retail outlets are good, but leave much to be desired or even to work hard for. When the good kids get college, they don't come back to Waynesboro. Can't say I blame them.

Glad him and his antiquated ways are leaving. Hopefully his replacement will be better.
