The reality is that these people are asking for a right to *broadcast their views and harass gay and pro-gay people*. Why are they ... This is so strange, to me. They *want* the right to BROADCAST their views, views UNWELCOME among the pro-gay, and become angry when others fight back.

The eternal reality is that the gay and pro-gay AREN'T harassing anyone else and AREN'T doing anything wrong, but christ, christ have the antigay worked like *sociopathic Nazis* to attempt to convince the nation and the world that they are. The gay and pro-gay quietly live their lives; the antigay are stepping over to *the pro-gay side of the line* to SCREAM AND ANNOUNCE that these OTHER people (the gay and the pro-gay) must change ... It's not gonna happen.

Really.

Really, it's not.

EVER.

Mark my words.

I doubt if there is much in the way of truth in these allegations. But gee, "reverend," how does it feel to be treated the way you treat us?

It's always amazing when people who have been discriminated against choose to discriminate against others in the same way.

Passing the harm along down the line.

Sometimes, it seems like we, as humans, learn nothing from the past.

Agreed. Maxine Waters has GOT to go!
Why would he even want to stay at a seminary that opposes his views? He would be better of seeking employment at a more conservative seminary.

From the article:
"Hopkins’ father, Joe Hopkins, is a California attorney and is representing his son. He told the RNS that the incident could turn into a lawsuit. "This is retaliation for standing up for his rights, bottom line," he said."

Looks like his father isn't very bright either. Religious organizations are exempt from EEOC standards.

The church has fought tirelessly to have the right to discriminate against gay people in hiring. They didn't see they were fighting for the right to discriminate based on being anti-gay at the same time? How shortsighted.

I guess I was giving them too much credit for brain power.

The homosexuals say they've suffered more than black folks in America, so the homosexuals say they deserve more rights than everyone else. Like getting black men fired who are just trying to hold down a job.
