Just read a story about a doctor named Rongxiang Xu. He’s suing the Nobel Assembly over the prize they gave to Japanese researcher Shinya Yamanaka last year.
This is what I found on him: http://bit.ly/124JX6D
I'm interested in finding out more. Does anyone know the difference between this science and Yamanaka’s? It’s a pretty crazy debate.
I know it bases around iPSC's, as opposed to Embryonic Stem Cells. Although from what I've heard Xu's research is more of a natural composition. It doesn't even require harvesting, so there's no controversy involved.
Love to see this come to America. Possible? Thoughts?
