So if ISU's drilling contractor finds oil and starts pumping it up out of the ground, do George, Joe and all of ISU's other neighbors get a cut of the spoils?

The shaker guys will probably only be sharing the map they're making with their client, so the rest of us won't know where the oil actually is.

The paper also said ISU's drilling contractor will be going in at an angle, starting around the railroad tracks at 10th and Chestnut. Good thing the neighbors have all been run out of that area; wouldn't want them to complain about the noise, equipment and stank of ISU's drilling adventure.

Angle drilling will pull oil/gas out of the entire pool which may be situated under other people's property but most likely will not benefit them since the drilling did not occur on their property.

Permits, right-of - ways, equipment, personnel, etc. Where is the money comming from? What was the actual cost for the seismic testing?
The testing that was done to show railroad tracks under Wabash Ave. Was a bust!
Just wondering.
