ISU doing something out of kindness. There had to be a tax break or tax credit for them doing that .ISU treats there people like shit and gives them nothing for the hoildays.

Why would you expect a quasi-government entity to "give" their employees something for the holidays? As a taxpayer that partially funds that school I would be rather upset that they were paying for gifts for employees.
In t his day and age the best gift around is getting a steady paycheck.
