Proposed closing of Franklin to be discussed at meeting

Parents, teachers and administrators spent the month of January meeting about the proposed closing of Franklin Elementary, but the news hasn't changed for proponents of keeping the school open.

If it will save us taxpayers some money, then by all means close it! I'm sure it will be used for some other good in the town.
