tired of disorderly teens

This is ridiculous. Why just misdemeanors. they followed the people then beat them. really that tells me they had time to not do it and still did it. all three should get jail time. Brittney was there and not charged with the same. really shee didnt stop it and she didnt get help so she is just as guilty as the other two. they are all guilty. time to take the town back how many times do we see that teen agers are violent. Its not the first one in BBrittneys family who have been accused of beating or jumpin in as others call it. I say put them in jail. make examples out of them so maybe some of the others willopen their eyes to see what will happen. Then to read or hear that one or more was with the wrong group of jkids at the wrong time. Really was it the first time the kids were together. I bet not. its just they finally got caught and then its wrong people to be around. wake up your kid did it and should be dealt with according to the law. if the roles were reversed and your kid was one inthe hospital bet you would be singing a different tune. No I am not a friend or related to any of the persons involved. just a tired parent who heldtheir kid accountable for their actions tired of seeing teens so violent and family crying after their kids turned vciolent. Your kid did it now deal with it.

Thanx to the laws created to prevent child abuse. Also prevents parents from using measures to correct children who need to be. Now the govt. builds prisons and jails for profit to house people. Children do not come with a directions manual. Before people are allowed to procreate they should pass a test to obtain a license.

I don't know these kids from squat, but I'm not buying this whole racism card that everyone's trying to sell with this story. They all just sound like a bunch of drunken rednecks whose liquid egos got way out of control. Yeah it wast right any way you look at it & yeah some time needs done ..but come on, I don't think I'd go as far as calling them white supremacist.

People are killing me standing up for that trash. When you keep using racial slurs and then chase after someone and continue to call him a N as you and your friends stomp on his head.. HATE CRIME. They all deserve attempted murder and prison time they left him there to die.

Bud there is a nation wide FEDERAL hate crime law.

I'm honestly not trying to start conflict about this...but has it been proved it was because of his race? Or is everyone just thinking this because someone started the Facebook & petition pages? It just seems that EVERY time white & black skin has a conflict the race card automatically comes out. Once again I want to say that in no means am I supporting what these idiots did.

Battery is battery. If this had been two whites, it would have still made the news. If it had been two blacks, it would have made the news. But because the you claim the victim was "mixed" ( what exactly is that? Reminds me; I'll take my cocktail shaken, not stirred) that the crime should automatically be worse? Wasn't it bad enough?

If a crimes is committed because of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, federally it's a hate crime, except in Indiana and two other states.

It sounds like the spectators are more involved in "hate crime" than the actual crime. Beating on anyone, white, black, red, yellow, brown, human or animal, is BAD. It shouldn't happen. Don't be so quick to make everything racial... until it really is.
