He says he has "intangibles" he can use to turn the city around. Ahhh, intangibles. That's what we needed. Why didn't anybody else think of using those? Sure he's just a 28 year old student with no experience yet he lived here and experienced the decline. Plus he has those intangibles going for him. It could sell. Detroiters could be willing to buy anything besides Bing, Benny and Dugan. Why not pick a young mayor? WE did it before with Kwame.
