Ethics in Oakland?

Livermore, CA

One of these articles is about Kelly O'Haire taking over as Oakland's ethics Tzar. Maybe Kelly can start with the Mayor! A true leader leads, so maybe Mayor Quan can ask for an ethics performance review that can be shared with the public. After all, Mayor Quan is always boasting about transparency in Oakland government. Let's start with her and see how she's doing!
