PETA stages circus protest at Hempstead school

It's not about PETA's platform. The problem is that strangers approached elementary school children and gave them a "gift" to "educate" them without the parents' consent or even in the presence of the parents. Thanks PETA for helping Stranger Danger programs take two steps back.

Mari, thank you for showing me that there STILL ARE educated people in this world. I totally agree with your post. People need to stop overreacting to the fact that PETA was approaching children. These same people are the ones that think children are stupid. They are smart individuals who can make smart decisions and decide between right and wrong. Hiding your children from the truth will keep them from becoming educated. Children know whats going on. They have a natural love for animals and would definitely not go to a circus if they knew the truth. RIngling Bros. is full of lies. There are videos of their circus trainers abusing animals and hurting them. I am so tired of people being so ignorant and shooting down people who are trying to make a difference for the better in this world. Thank you PETA.
