Hofstra debate could be McCain's last chance

Barack Obama and John McCain fired their sharpest in-person attacks of the presidential campaign during Wednesday night's presidential debate at Hofstra University .

After moderator Bob Schieffer asked the senators about the increasingly nasty tone of the campaign, McCain for the first time challenged Obama about his association with the 1960s radical Bill Ayers and Acorn, the liberal voter registration group.

I've seen many elections and this is not as nasty as some.
Why and where did all this concern come from?
Maybe started to protect barak? He sure has had it made.
McCain kicked his butt last night. barak was was showing it at times. He'd smile and laugh that smart aleck grin. But never has an answer with details!
He has used the same speech over and over since he started this. Its boring,he is immature with nothing to help us or this country!

Nice of him to add Bill Ayers will not be in his cabnet.
I still do NOT want him or any of them spreading my wealth around! They can spread their own they all have tons more!
And I help pay that..da-n it!

McCain-Palin for change and safety!

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, a plumber's mean annual wage in Toledo, Ohio, is $58,770. According to bizstats.com , a web site that complies data from IRS tax documents, the average net income before taxes for a specialty trades contractor registered as an S-Corp, is 7.54% of gross revenue. Joe isn't even registered as a licensed plumber.

The man McCain talks about is trying to be a business owner, not a plumber.

What McCain seems to have missed is that small businesses will receive special exemptions and also special ta credits.

This whole thing is a tempest in a teapot.

As I indicated, bizstats.com tracks net income from businesses. Most plumbing businesses are registered as an S-Corporation. The part about the mean annual pay refers to how much Joe would have to pay an employee.

I just had a thought;
If Joe Plummer was black --- post would be soooo different here.

News media would be yelling racism! they would have made up a story for Joe to be even worse off.

Sad - sick - but true.
