The township Planning Commission gave its initial OK Wednesday to plans for a student housing project that could house 504 students on 13.2 acres near the northwest corner of Lake Michigan Drive and 48th Avenue.

The more students we have living in Allendale,the more cashflow we have. The more cashflow,the more jobs. It's all good,providing we keep a lid on the drug problem.
