Father hopes to distribute 1 million dating pledge cards
The father of 19-year old Gettysburg College sophomore, Emily Rachel Silverstein, who was violently murdered by her ex-boyfriend this year, has a challenge for October's Domestic Violence Awareness programs - to help him distribute 1/2 million free wallet-sized Dating Pledge Cards to high school and college students, to help stop date violence.
