3 arrested in armed robberies

Proving teamwork pays off, investigators from the Statesboro Police Department and Georgia Southern University Police arrested three men Monday night, just hours after forming a partnership to solve a rash of recent armed robberies that took place near the university campus.

The university has a serious security problem with communucating,warning and protecting students. There were a total of 8 armed robberies against students since March 20 and the first information about these crimes to reach students did not go out until April 17 after there had been 7 incidents of armed robbery, some within 1000 ft of the school. Total neglect!

Once again, someone from ATL ain't happy. Last time I looked, there is a school in Kennesaw.

Yes there is and when crime happens in or near the campus the students and public are IMMEDIATELY informed. Maybe you guys in Statesboro could learn a little something about public saftey from the big city. Your town should be a little concerned about the schools reputation considering all the $$$ that comes your way from us.

The only thing that comes from you guys is piss poor attitude. KSU sucks, Atlanta sucks, and they caught the guys! They will also be prosecuted. KSU would put all the info in the world out but they would not have caught anyone much less prosecuted them. You just sit at home all day and find things to complain about. Cop hater. Get off your fat a** and come do it better.
