This is directly targeted as discriminating against people with Autism whom have appx. 96 % National unemployment rate and are among the most impoverished of all Citizens, to make Autism people receive inferior and lesser health care, while intentionally redistricting Florida voting to exclude representational equality of Autism people to enable us to change this Autism disability discriminatory system.
